All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of pt. Booking Free Tours
You are not required to pay any amount at the point of booking through the platform.
A ‘confirmed booking’ registers your request to join the tour. We reserve the right to reject your booking or deny you service in the event of over-booking or if tour capacity has already been reached upon your arrival to the tour.
You will receive a booking confirmation via email shortly after completing the booking process.
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot attend.
Booking Tours with a defined price
If you select a tour with a set price, this price indicates the amount you will pay for participating in the tour and for any extras (such as entrance tickets) that you have selected.
The price of the tour and tickets is paid on site in cash or via paypal, except in the case of tickets for the visit inside the University.
Tickets for the visit inside the University must be paid for no later than 15 days before the tour date and this amount is non-cancellable and non-refundable. In this case, it is also not permitted to change the date or time defined for entering the University’s Joanina library.
Your personal information
The information you share with us (such as your name, email address or contact numbers) is that which is required and used to fulfil the booking process. We may collect other personal data that you provide for specific-use or other purposes.
We will retain submitted personal information for as long as necessary for the booking and billing processes and for conducting the tours. You can request deletion of your user profile and associated personal information at any time. Read more in our privacy policy.
Communications and marketing
We may process and use your personal data for marketing or communication purposes, for example to send you general information relating to your Bookings or reminders of those.
Personal Information removal
You have the right to access your personal information and request the correction of any inaccuracies. You may also formally request the deletion of your personal information.
